Newad Launches New Online Version of Popular NIGHTLIFE Magazine

April 15, 2010 —

This week, NIGHTLIFE.ca has unveiled its new website, conceived by Newad. With a new design, improved ergonomics, new sections and five new blogs, the guide to Montreal city life refurbishes itself and activates partnerships with Rogers and Annabelle.

Complete redesign
Nightlife.ca is a definite reference for music, fashion, urban culture and to know everything that moves in Montreal. The website has undergone a major redesign in order to be more dynamic and conversational. NEWAD’s web team managed everything leading to the redesign. The layout, the information architecture and the navigation have been modified and the new website is a lot more interactive.

New Content
The content is enhanced by rich, up to date and credible articles and by several new columns. Furthermore, the website features five blogs based on five different themes, which are Tour de ville (Outings), Stop ou encore (Music), Courants (Fashion and Design), Inspiration (Art and Culture) and Pop stuff (Entertainment). "Nightlife.ca reaches a community of creative and curious Montrealers, often trendsetters. The website now features new content every hour. Thanks to the Facebook Connect application, visitors can comment on the content with each other, with their friends as well as with our team of collaborators" said Thomas Leblanc, Manager, Creative Contents & Editor in chief, Nightlife.ca.

Advertisers
For advertisers, standard advertising formats are positioned in order to increase their effectiveness. Moreover, Nightlife.ca can work with clients on initiatives that maximize the impact of their advertising campaigns and thus successfully reach a target group constantly on the move. "The website has partnered with Rogers for the launch of its music compilation NIGHTLIFE Noise 5, available online starting May 13th. Annabelle will benefit from our creativity and produce a customized branded blog with beauty tips" stresses out Martine Desjardins, Vice President of Nightlife.ca
