Objectives

Generate awareness and buzz for Samsung’s cutting-edge HD products.

Encourage the target to visit the branded online platform.

Direct customers to the Rogers store for a limited time offer (speakers & discount).

Generate an exciting consumer experience using Rogers and Samsung products Strategy.

Newad’s ambassadors encouraged passers-by to participate in an interactive video filmed in front of a “green screen”.

Once the video was filmed, the ambassadors projected holiday themes on the screen behind the participants and incorporated them into a holiday animation.

The videos were then made available on the Rogers/Samsung online platform.

Also, branded items were distributed (red foam antlers) along with Rogers business cards with a direct ‘’call to action’’ that invited recipients to visit the nearby Rogers store and receive a time-limited, exclusive offer when purchasing a product.

Results

230 “Green Screen” videos filmed and uploaded

Over 600 antlers and business cards distributed

Over 2,200 impressions generated in only 4 days
