RE/MAX turns to Newad for its latest contextual indoor advertising campaign

In partnership with Gendron Communications, Newad recently carried out a contextual indoor advertising campaign for RE/MAX with the aim of promoting the services offered by its brokers as part of the sale of a property. 

By reaching consumers on the move with a targeted message, RE/MAX ensures its campaign’s relevance by using context as an entry point to the advertising message.

« Pendant que tu prends l’apéro, on s’occupe de tout » (translates to: “While you enjoy an aperitif, we handle it all”), « Pendant que tu partages un bon moment, on s’occupe de tout » (translates to:  “while you spend quality time with others, we handle it all”) : these messages were displayed on Newad boards in many establishments of the Montreal Restobar network, during high-traffic periods.

In fact, the holiday period prompts consumers to gather at Newad’s partnering restobars, whether it be for a happy hour, a corporate celebration, a dinner amongst friends or a family reunion.

In addition to being displayed on Classic boards, coasters were also distributed at the venues to amplify the message. The display locations were meticulously selected in order to reach the target clientele.

RE/MAX wanted to tap into the social setting to demonstrate that the company takes charge of the sale of your property while you calmly go about your daily business.

This activation marks the latest step in an ongoing collaboration between Gendron Communications and RE/MAX, whose aim is to promote the company’s professional and turnkey services.
