Affluent consumers across the country and ensure that they meet
their business objectives.
Advertisers’ and consumers’ needs are constantly evolving. Our role is to anticipate these changes. For this reason, Newad invests over $250,000 in research every year to measure the impressions generated by its various indoor advertising products and its Experiential Marketing division, as well as to gather data on the coveted 18-49 year-old consumer segment. Our objective is to optimize the impact of each campaign destined for the young adults living in large urban centers.
Reaching the Young & Affluent: Our Specialty
The Young & Affluent represent a lucrative consumer segment. They are between 18 and 49 years old (73% of which are 18-34) and have superior purchasing power – their average personal income is $46,100 per year. More importantly, their expenses are 52% higher than that of average consumers between the ages of 18 and 49.
The Young & Affluent are also more socially active than other 18 to 49 year-olds. They spend an average of 21 hours a week engaged in out-of- home activities.

• Restaurants (98 % – 8,8 on average)
• Bars and clubs (89 % – 5,9 on average)
• Sports centers or gyms (53 % – 4,8 on average)
