Whimsical new winter locations in Montreal

New Montreal partners offer experiences that are out of the ordinary!

The Plateau’s Chasse-Galerie brings you a menu of discoveries based on gourmet French cuisine. Named after the folktale by the same name, the restaurant seats about fifty in a warm ambiance that’s heavily inspired by the ‘70s. You’ll be invited to pick from among three set menus, ranging from $39 to $109, all the while listening to a soundtrack that’s mostly rap, a far cry from traditional French cuisine.

Nestled in the heart of Old Montreal, there’s a place where the spirit of grandeur and opulence of the 1920s set the tone and the décor bears an uncanny resemblance to the world of The Great Gatsby. Elegance and decadence define this new style of supper club. An ode to the roaring twenties, Bord’elle can host more than 500 people with its abundant velvet seating, menu of light meals, champagne bar, and cigar lounge.

Located right in the heart of downtown Montreal, Soubois and its owners propose a fully immersive experience in what can be described as half speakeasy, half bistro, and all local. Thanks to an impressive set design, you’ll feel like you’re sitting in an enchanted forest as you discover meticulously prepared dishes, sought-after cocktails and a wine list selected by a master sommelier. Wow factor: very high.
